This popular comedy classic brings Elwood P. Dowd and his invisible big
white rabbit friend Harvey to the stage, creating uproarious chaos in his
wake. Elwood's sister Veta, embarrassed by Elwood's delusion, tries to
have him committed to the local sanitarium. Through a series of
misunderstandings, however, Veta herself is mistakenly assumed to be on
the verge of lunacy herself, causing Elwood to come valiantly to the
rescue...with Harvey's help, of course!
