at 6:30 p.m. The Taming of the Shrew closed on May 15, 2005 Considered one of Shakespeare's bawdier works, The Taming of the Shrew describes the volatile courtship between the shrewish Katharina and the canny Petruchio, who is determined to subdue Katharina's legendary temper and win her dowry. Auditions were held at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 7th & 8th. The parts being cast are two “women in their twenties,” two “older gentlemen,” six men “late-teens to thirties,” and 10 minor roles for men or women “teenage and older.” There are also roles with no lines for men or women “teenage and older.” Call-backs and additional auditions were held on Tuesday Feb. 15th. click a thumbnail photo to view more photos
