Procedures for Comp Tickets

Purpose:

• The purpose of distributing comp tickets is to give them to people or businesses to promote the interest of the Vicksburg Theatre Guild, not as personal perks.

Applicability:

• These procedures apply to comp tickets for main stage and Gold in the Hills productions at the Vicksburg Theatre Guild.

Procedures:

• Each play director may receive up to five comp tickets to be given out and used during the run of the show. Marketing may also dispense comp tickets, based on consultation with the President.

• The director will provide names of recipients to the Producer (Main Stage or Gold in the Hills). Marketing will provide names of recipients (including businesses) to the President. The President or Producer will provide the names to Box Office.
