Rehearsals for Vicksburg Theatre Guild Productions in which Members of the Board of Directors are Participants

Purpose:

• To reduce conflicts between meetings of the Vicksburg Theatre Guild Board of Directors and rehearsals for Vicksburg Theatre Guild productions.

Applicability:

• These procedures apply to all Vicksburg Theatre Guild productions.

Procedures:

• Rehearsals for Vicksburg Theatre Guild productions in which members of the Board of Directors are participants will not be scheduled to occur during Board meetings. If there is an urgent need to schedule a rehearsal during a Board meeting (such as a dress rehearsal the week before opening night), then the play Director should coordinate with the appropriate producer and the President to request that the date of the Board meeting be changed.
