Building & Grounds Expenditures

Purpose:

• To establish procedures for Building & Grounds expenditures.

Applicability:

• These procedures apply to Parkside Playhouse expenditures in the Building & Grounds financial category.

Procedures:

• The Building & Grounds Director may make purchases up to $350 for Parkside Playhouse requirements. Purchases above $350 must be approved by a vote of the Board of Directors. Purchases will not be split to circumvent the $350 limit. In an emergency, an email vote may be conducted.

• Purchases by others in the Building & Grounds financial category must be approved by the Building & Grounds Director prior to the purchase.
