“Gold in the Hills” 90th-Anniversary

Join us as we have a special celebration of the 90th Anniversary on Saturday, March 14th at 3:00 p.m. for an unforgettable afternoon. There will be food trucks, kids activities, and live performances starting at 4:00 p.m. by Mamie, Queen of the Bowery; Rose Robinson, a favorite songstress; and the Can-Can Cuties; followed by the premiere of the documentary “Golden.” The performance on March 14th will start at 7:30 p.m.

Since 1936, Gold in the Hills is the Guinness Book of World Records’ longest-running show. Fun for the whole family. Sing the old songs! Cheer the hero! Boo the villain! Gold in the Hills features a relentless hero, a winsome heroine, a ruthless villain, beautiful can-can dancers, and the wilder side of city life in the infamous New York Bowery.

Cast: actors and actresses ages six through adult, and singers and dancers ages teen through adult. There are a few parts for children and numerous parts for teens and adults. Can-can dancers must be at least in the 9th grade.
