Welcome to our 70th season. Gold in the Hills has played in Vicksburg for the past 69 years. The Guinness Book of World Records' longest running melodrama is having another exciting season in 2005, with performances Friday and Saturday nights starting at 7:30 pm. We offer open seating, no reservations required, and always plenty of seats. Click here for information about ticket prices.

Fun for the whole family. Sing the old songs! Cheer the hero! Boo the villain and throw peanuts at him! Presented yearly since 1936, it features a relentless hero, a winsome heroine, a ruthless villain, beautiful can-can dancers, and the wilder side of city life in the infamous New York Bowery.
