American Profile Magazine has a feature about American melodrama, including Gold in the Hills, in the Wednesday, July 13, 2011 newspaper. The article is online also. The online edition includes a video clip. Thanks to writer Marti Attoun!

P1170676.JPGThe 75th-Anniversary Special Show was awesome, with all-star veteran and current cast members. It was a night to remember! Thanks to the Westside Theatre Foundation for donating peanuts and to the cast for making contributions for the remaining peanuts and the party.

Fun for the whole family. Sing the old songs! Cheer the hero! Boo the villain! Presented yearly since 1936, Gold in the Hills features a relentless hero, a winsome heroine, a ruthless villain, beautiful can-can dancers, and the wilder side of city life in the infamous New York Bowery.

Gold in the Hills, the Guinness Book of World Records' longest-running show, is having another exciting season in March and July 2012, with performances Friday and Saturday nights starting at 7:30 pm. We offer open seating, no reservations required, and always plenty of seats. Click here for information about ticket prices.
